I loved renting from True Renew. Alicia and Carla were always so nice, and I can’t overstate how reassuring it was to be able to email or text an actual human being when I had an issue (seriously, compared to my current experience renting from a large faceless property management company, I didn’t know how good I had it). My apartment was very well maintained. At one point I discovered that there was a dead bat on the outside of my window screen and was too grossed out to remove it myself, so Alicia took care of it just like that. They were understanding and worked with me when I moved away from Ithaca and had to sublet. Plus, they returned my entire security deposit.
