Moving can be overwhelming. Most apartments in Ithaca do not come equipped like this one, and tenants have to go out and find and buy a lot of things when they arrive. Hopefully the effort we have put into setting up this apartment for living will save you time and money.

You will want to buy your own full size sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Any thing that can be laundered that you use (mattress protectors, curtains, etc) should be left clean when you move out. The charge will be $35/hour to launder any items left behind.

When you move out, please make sure the apt is ready for the next tenants. That means everything on this list is in working order, clean, and put away in a clean place as it was when your lease began. As stated on the lease, $35 an hour will be charged for any cleaning as well as any item replacement costs and time spent acquiring these items. If anything breaks, replace it with something that looks similar and is of a similar quality and you will not be charged for replacing it when you move out. Here are the items that come with apt 3:
