This house has one of the best backyards in Ithaca. The view of the gorge, trees and Six Mile Creek is spectacular. And it’s a 7 min walk from downtown and a 20+ min walk to Cornell. 

This house is beautiful and calming, and we have recently painted and refinished the wood floors. The bathroom, living room and bedroom windows open to the gorge. It’s a 2 bedroom apt that works really well as one bedroom and an office. It is a space for quiet people. There are often AirBnb guests in other parts of the house, so sometimes you’ll have the house to yourself, and other times you will want to be mindful of guests in other apartments. It is not a party house, and quiet hours are 10pm-10am. 

2 Bedroom Partially Furnished Apt: $1,380 + $25/month/person/month for water + $70/apartment (not per person) for annual recycling pick up fee + everything else included

Lease can start anytime June 16 – July, 1 2022. 12 month lease.

Partially furnished. In the bedroom there is a queen size bed and box spring, bedside table and lamp, and a dresser. In the kitchen there is an antique table that fits perfectly in the dining nook along with 3 chairs. There is a couch with a pullout bed in the office, and a comfortable glider in the living room. Here’s a quick tour of the apartment before some of the furniture was relocated:

Wifi and all utilities except yearly recycling pick up and water are included in the price. You would just be responsible for buying city trash tags, $70 recycling fee for the apt for the whole year and water is $25/month/person. We almost always get a parking space on the street right in front of the house. Shared washer and dryer in the basement. Amazing house.  This is a pet-free apt. Security deposit, first month’s rent and annual recycling fee due upon lease signing.
