This house has one of the best backyards in Ithaca. The view of the gorge, trees and Six Mile Creek is spectacular. And it’s a 7 min walk from downtown and a 20+ min walk to Cornell. We are looking for QUIET tenants. This is very important. Noise travels in this adorable 1920s house, and there are people living below this apt. Wifi and all utilities are included in the price. You would just be responsible for buying city trash tags and cooking gas. One dog with great references will be considered. Pet fee is $35/month.. This is a cat-free house.

This house is beautiful and calming, and we have recently painted and refinished the wood floors. The attic is very big and is great for storage (it is not heated). There’s a full tub in the bathroom and a private balcony off of one of the bedrooms. There is a coatroom at the entrance off of the front porch. The bathroom, living room and bedroom windows open to the gorge. It’s a 2 bedroom apt that works really well as one bedroom and an office. Shared washer and dryer in the basement. Amazing house.

Great for quiet people who want a quiet place in the city. Tenant pays the gas bill for the apt 2 kitchen stove and hot water heater (avg. $60/month) and buys city trash tags.
